These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of King IPTV Pro and Oto Servis (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Nevzat BOZKURT. By using a Service or making an in-app purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through the Services, for protecting your account credentials, and for activity under your account. You must not misuse a Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or use a Service for unlawful purposes.
Oto Servis is intended for authorized staff of automotive service businesses. The company owner controls its workspace and member access. Each company is responsible for ensuring that it has the right to enter and process customer, employee, vehicle, and service information.
Purchases are offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store displays the final price, currency, taxes, billing period, and purchase terms before confirmation.

The Oto Servis 12-month premium extension is a one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase. After the purchase is successfully verified, 12 months are added to the purchasing company's current premium end date. If the company does not have an active premium period, the 12-month period begins from the verified purchase date.
Storefront prices may include taxes or local currency conversion. The amount and currency shown by the app store at checkout are the amount you will be charged.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed. Auto-renewing King IPTV Pro subscriptions renew unless auto-renewal is turned off through your store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your app-store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active paid period unless the store states otherwise.
The Oto Servis 12-month premium extension does not renew automatically. Another 12-month extension requires a new purchase.
Purchases and refund requests are handled by the store through which the purchase was made and are subject to that store's rules and applicable law. Except where required by law or approved by the store, we do not independently issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google.
We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not alter a completed Oto Servis extension or an already-paid King IPTV Pro period; renewal price changes are handled under the applicable store's notice and consent rules.
The Services and their software, designs, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the Services.
You retain your rights in information and content you submit to Oto Servis. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and transmit that content solely to operate and support the Service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and required notices or permissions for that content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Oto Servis company owners may use available in-app controls to delete company data. Deleting an account or company data does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; store subscriptions must be managed in the applicable store account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
