This Privacy Policy describes how Nevzat BOZKURT ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use King IPTV Pro or Oto Servis (collectively, the "Services"). The data handled by each app differs, as explained below.

Information We Collect

King IPTV Pro

King IPTV Pro may process information you provide to use the app and may receive purchase information from the applicable app store. The app may also use Google AdMob, which can process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information in accordance with Google's policies and your device or account settings.

Oto Servis

Oto Servis is a business operations service for automotive service companies. Depending on the features you use, we collect and process:

• Account and company information: name, email address, user and company identifiers, company name, authentication information, account role, and subscription or premium status.
• Customer and contact information: customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes entered by an authorized company user. If you choose a person through the system contact picker, the app reads only the contact you select and places its available name, phone number, and email address into the customer form. That information is sent to our service only if you save the form.
• Vehicle and service records: license plate, vehicle details, ownership history, mileage, repair and maintenance details, service steps, dates, reminders, notes, and custom fields.
• Financial and purchase information: service amounts, payment and delivery status, outstanding balances, app-store product identifiers, purchase status, and purchase history. Payment card or bank details are processed by Apple or Google and are not received by us.
• Device and technical information: operating system, app version, device model, language, time zone, IP address, device or app identifiers, advertising identifier where available, installation or referral information, and diagnostic data.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts and company workspaces;
• provide customer, vehicle, repair, reminder, and reporting features;
• authenticate users and enforce company-level access controls;
• process, verify, restore, and support in-app purchases;
• provide support, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security;
• measure and improve the Services; and
• comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Third-Party Services and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the Services, complete purchases, comply with law, or protect users and the Services. Service providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.

• Adapty (Oto Servis): processes the company user ID we assign, company name supplied as a profile attribute, purchase history, app usage and installation events, IP address, and device or advertising identifiers to provide paywalls, purchase verification, attribution, and subscription analytics. • Google Play and Google Play Billing: process Android distribution, purchases, fraud prevention, and related device and transaction information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store and StoreKit: process iOS distribution, purchases, refunds, and related transaction information. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob (King IPTV Pro only): provides advertising and related measurement services. See How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: process Oto Servis account and business records solely to host, secure, back up, and operate our API and databases.

If an app links to a third-party app or website, information you choose to send through that service (for example, a phone call, email, or WhatsApp message) is governed by that third party's privacy policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as an account or company workspace is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, keep purchase and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Oto Servis company owners may use available in-app deletion controls. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at the email address below. Some transaction or legal records may be retained where required by law or by the applicable app store.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections and authenticated, company-scoped access to Oto Servis records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Business Data and Other Individuals

Oto Servis users may enter information about their customers, employees, vehicles, and service work. The company using Oto Servis is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing any required notice before entering another person's information into the Service.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such processing.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
