Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Nevzat BOZKURT ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use King IPTV Pro or Oto Servis (collectively, the "Services"). The data handled by each app differs, as explained below.

Information We Collect

King IPTV Pro

King IPTV Pro is a media player for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. We do not provide, curate, sell, or host television channels, playlists, media subscriptions, or Xtream credentials. You choose and provide the media sources that the app accesses.

Depending on the features you use, the app processes:

• Playlist and provider information: playlist names and URLs, EPG URLs, Xtream server addresses, usernames, and passwords that you enter. This information is stored on your device so the app can connect to your selected provider.
• Playback and preference information: favorites, category preferences, playback history and positions, player settings, language, and other app settings.
• iCloud synchronization data: if iCloud synchronization is available and used, playlist information, including provider credentials contained in playlist URLs, favorites, category preferences, and app settings may be stored in your private Apple CloudKit database so they can be available on your Apple devices. Private CloudKit data is controlled by your Apple Account and is not visible to us through the CloudKit developer portal.
• Purchase information: product identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, and an anonymous app user identifier used to verify purchases, restore access, provide entitlements, prevent fraud, and measure subscription performance. Payment card and bank details are handled by Apple and are not received by us.
• Advertising and technical information: the iPhone and iPad versions may use Google AdMob, which can process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information in accordance with Google's policies and your device settings. The Apple TV version does not display advertising.

When you connect to a playlist or media provider, the app sends requests directly to the server address you supplied. That provider may receive your IP address, request details, and any credentials required by its service. Connections beginning with http:// are not encrypted, so playlist and account information may be visible to parties with access to the network. Use only providers you trust and prefer https:// when your provider supports it.

Oto Servis

Oto Servis is a business operations service for automotive service companies. Depending on the features you use, we collect and process:

• Account and company information: name, email address, user and company identifiers, company name, authentication information, account role, and subscription or premium status.
• Customer and contact information: customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes entered by an authorized company user. If you choose a person through the system contact picker, the app reads only the contact you select and places its available name, phone number, and email address into the customer form. That information is sent to our service only if you save the form.
• Vehicle and service records: license plate, vehicle details, ownership history, mileage, repair and maintenance details, service steps, dates, reminders, notes, and custom fields.
• Financial and purchase information: service amounts, payment and delivery status, outstanding balances, app-store product identifiers, purchase status, and purchase history. Payment card or bank details are processed by Apple or Google and are not received by us.
• Device and technical information: operating system, app version, device model, language, time zone, IP address, device or app identifiers, advertising identifier where available, installation or referral information, and diagnostic data.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts and company workspaces;
• provide customer, vehicle, repair, reminder, and reporting features;
• authenticate users and enforce company-level access controls;
• process, verify, restore, and support in-app purchases;
• load user-selected playlists, EPG information, and media streams;
• synchronize eligible King IPTV Pro data through the user's private iCloud database;
• provide support, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security;
• measure and improve the Services; and
• comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Third-Party Services and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the Services, complete purchases, comply with law, or protect users and the Services. Service providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.

• Adapty (Oto Servis): processes the company user ID we assign, company name supplied as a profile attribute, purchase history, app usage and installation events, IP address, and device or advertising identifiers to provide paywalls, purchase verification, attribution, and subscription analytics. • Google Play and Google Play Billing: process Android distribution, purchases, fraud prevention, and related device and transaction information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store and StoreKit: process iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS distribution, purchases, refunds, and related transaction information. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat (King IPTV Pro): processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history, product and entitlement information, IP address, and related technical information to verify purchases, restore Premium access, prevent fraud, and provide subscription analytics. • Apple iCloud and CloudKit (King IPTV Pro): store eligible playlist and settings data in the user's private iCloud database when synchronization is used. This data is governed by the user's Apple Account and Apple's privacy terms.
• User-selected playlist and media providers (King IPTV Pro): receive the network requests needed to load playlists, EPG information, artwork, and streams. We do not control these providers or their data practices. Their own privacy policies and terms apply.
• Google AdMob (King IPTV Pro only): provides advertising and related measurement services. See How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: process Oto Servis account and business records solely to host, secure, back up, and operate our API and databases.

If an app links to a third-party app or website, information you choose to send through that service (for example, a phone call, email, or WhatsApp message) is governed by that third party's privacy policy.

Data Retention, Controls, and Deletion

King IPTV Pro keeps playlists, playback information, and settings on the device until you delete the relevant playlist or remove the app. Data synchronized through private CloudKit remains under your Apple Account and Apple's iCloud retention controls. You can delete individual playlists in the app and manage app data stored in iCloud through your Apple Account or device settings. We cannot view private CloudKit records in the CloudKit developer portal.

RevenueCat and the applicable app store may retain purchase and transaction records as needed to provide entitlements, prevent fraud, comply with accounting obligations, and meet legal requirements.

Oto Servis information is retained for as long as an account or company workspace is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep purchase and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Oto Servis company owners may use available in-app deletion controls.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at the email address below. Some transaction or legal records may be retained where required by law or by the applicable app store.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Oto Servis uses encrypted network connections and authenticated, company-scoped access to business records. King IPTV Pro uses the app sandbox and, when used, the user's private CloudKit database for eligible synchronized data. Connections to user-selected providers may use HTTP when that is the only protocol supported by the provider; HTTP traffic is not encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Business Data and Other Individuals

Oto Servis users may enter information about their customers, employees, vehicles, and service work. The company using Oto Servis is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing any required notice before entering another person's information into the Service.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such processing.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
